Brewing Instructions:
- Warm the teapot and teaware thoroughly with boiling water (100°C).
- Put 5g of tea leaves into a 150–180ml teapot. For larger pots, add 1–2g or more according to personal taste.
- Pour in water at 90–95°C. Steep for 20–30 seconds, then pour out every last drop to serve.
Refill with hot water at 95°C for subsequent steepings.
- From the 5th infusion onward, extend the steeping time to 30–45 seconds to preserve a rich, harmonious flavor profile.
- Depending on preference, a single pot of tea can yield over 10 steepings.
