Tea Artisan Nguyễn Trung Dũng is the sole Vietnamese tea maker to achieve the Special Gold Award for Black Tea in China (2019). In addition, he was honored with 10 distinct awards at The Golden Leaf Awards 2024 in Australia, including 5 Gold medals. Every single tea crafted for Từ Văn Tea is directly formulated, researched, and hand-processed by Tea Artisan Nguyễn Trung Dũng.

His craftsmanship is supported by the dedicated local villagers who assist in harvesting and production. All fresh tea leaves are meticulously hand-picked by local farmers. To reach the buds of ancient, towering tea trees, harvesters carefully erect bamboo scaffolding to harvest without pruning, cutting, or causing any harm to the living trees.
