Brewing Instructions:

• Warm the teapot and teaware thoroughly with boiling water (100°C).
• Place 5g of tea leaves into a 150–180ml teapot. For larger pots, add 1–2g more according to personal taste.
• Pour in water at 93–95°C. Steep for 20–30 seconds, then pour out every last drop to serve.
• Refill with hot water at 95°C for subsequent steepings.
• From the 5th infusion onward, extend the steeping time to 30–45 seconds to preserve a rich, harmonious flavor profile.
• Depending on preference, a single pot of tea can yield over 10 steepings.
